With access to a huge library of games, some of which tin can exist streamed, for only $xv a month, Xbox Game Laissez passer Ultimate is already slap-up value. But at present it's about to get fifty-fifty better, cheers to a potential deal with Ubisoft.

According to Jez Corden of Windows Central, Microsoft is in talks to bring Ubisoft+ into the fold, and join EA Play as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription service.

  • Where to purchase Xbox Serial X: All the latest stock updates
  • Xbox Game Pass: Streaming is almost the future of gaming
  • Plus: GTA 6 release date leak looks like very bad news

Ubisoft+ (formerly Uplay+) is exactly what you'd expect, a $xv monthly subscription service that gives PC gamers access to over 100 Ubisoft games. Some of them are even bachelor to stream via the Google Stadia and Amazon Luna deject gaming services. Very much similar Game Laissez passer, in other words, just more focussed on Ubisoft-made titles and the PC gaming customs.

Run into more

It would be a large win for Microsoft since currently there are no Ubisoft titles available on Game Laissez passer Ultimate. A deal involving Ubisoft+ could modify that, much like how EA Play integration with Game Laissez passer ways a subscription to the latter gives you access to a number of EA titles.

Presumably, information technology would also permit Xbox gamers to utilize Ubisoft+ as well, rather than simply PC gamers. That means they could also enjoy Ubisoft games on release day, premium content and cloud streaming, all equally part of their existing Game Pass subscription.

Of course, the question is whether or not you lot'll accept to pay extra for the privilege. While EA Play was rolled into Game Pass Ultimate at no extra cost, at that place's no telling whether this will also exist the case with Ubisoft+. That said, you lot volition likely need a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. EA Play is not included in the cheaper $10 Game Pass tier, and in all likelihood Ubisoft+ would exist the same.

The deal hasn't been confirmed nevertheless, merely Corden claims it has a "potent adventure" of being true. And so hopefully we should be getting an official announcement sooner rather than afterwards.
